In stealth mode, which is an additional option, the program icon is not exposed, so employees cannot tell if they are being monitored. The monitoring program runs automatically when an employee turns on the PC, and the administrator must install the program on the employee's PC the first time.

Of course, it is also possible to monitor only the PC screen. Key functions such as videos of employees working, employee PC screens, and attendance management can be adjusted by the administrator to suit the customer company's policies.
After installing the program, the employee clicks [Log in -> Start Work button] and simultaneously captures the video and PC screen and transmits them to the server. Additionally, if the employee's keyboard and mouse do not move or the screen saver is running, the data is not transmitted to the server and is marked as absent. Administrators can select the employee's name and confirmation date on the administrator page to monitor the employee's real-time video and past records.
In the case of rentals, data up to the most recent 30 days is kept, and past records that exceed the retention period are automatically deleted every day. However, upon the customer's request, the storage period can be extended up to 6 months, in which case additional costs will be incurred. For system construction, we provide a video file conversion function. After converting the video, you can store it separately. However, leasing does not provide this function and can only be viewed on the administrator page.
